hacking my sons psp

its got that t082 motherboard and 2.6 on it. am i screwed or can i get this to work? he is dying for madden 07 and id rather lace him with a bunch of games insteada just one. is there any way to do this without hurting the psp???? i tried google and theres conflicting info everywhere

i read about certain ones are downgrade proof or whatever. i didnt know this before i bought it for him. hes amped up about gettin the free games so i wanna make this happen for him. i dont want to destroy his psp though. i aint caked up like that to be destroyin the motherfucker

you actually CAN do shit with the 082...i'm just not too familiar with the method cuz i got a 1.50

somethin along the lines of custom hackd firmware

FROM WHAT I GATHER I CAN RUN HOMEBREW GAMES BUT NOT UMD BY GOING TO THE 2.71 FIRMWARE. IM ON 2.6 NOW. WHAT KIND OF HOMEBREW GAMES ARE AVAILABLE? IF THAT INCLUDES OLD GENESIS AND SNES ROMS ILL BE INTERESTED.
