I meant when and after he signed to Aftermath. He had that one song on Dr. Dre's Aftermath compilation and was featured on Chronic 2001, but his whole album was shelved. I still bought the bootleg copy, though. Well worth it. I wish he would drop another album, but that whole Aftermath situation probably frustrated the hell out of him.
As far as Hittman, I believe he dropped a solo album that you can get on CDBaby. I remember when the "Forgot About Dre" first came out and at the end you saw Hittman kick a short verse. Now, if you see that video, you don't see that Hittman part anymore.

Yeah bishop was nice on the mic, but he shouldn't have gotten involved in none of the extra shit. Even though Dre aint puttin much out..i would never burn that bridge, because it could be 10 years from now..maybe not as an artists but ghostwriter...or doing a song for a tv show...there is money to be made if you have the right contacts and are in the right position.
