I don't know how much this board is into Southern music but this CD is AMAZING.

It's worth pretty much any amount that you'd pay so I highly recommend that you throw a bid in.

This CD is worth more than $60. The thing about some of the CDs that people buy on here for crazy ass prices is that some of them are AWFUL! *cough* Young D Boyz *cough*

This is worth the $crill not only becuase of the rarity but because of the content. This ish is so good...

And, for the record, I don't care for Ro's "Look What U Did To Me" becuase he's too sing-songy on it. But something about being in this group balances it out just right. Five ***** out of five!

I hope that I'll find that Ro CD one day for a coo ass price...like $5...lmao...same thing happened to me with K-Dee "Ass, Gas Or Cash"...I nearly gave up hope to find that cd anywhere (that was before my internet-times...) and one day somebody sold it to me in the record store that I was workin at...I expected it to find it on the other side of the globe...lol...but that cd made it's way to the little record store I was workin at...lol...for like $8-10...:)

Young D Boyz is not awful, mane you musta never listened to it majix, but Maab is on a whole nother level...I agree with ya tho on LWYDTM being a lil American Idol, but its still a very tight CD...wish I had an OG too!!

Yea like I said it still very tight, but he sounds a lot better with G-Maab, Rise and Z-Ro on Rise seemed a lot more polished than LWYDTM, mane Rakesh tho lace them both up with some tight azz tracks tho, I cant compare them beats with anything else, jus totally different but like you can recognize them...

Wasnt Z-RO homeless for a while...shit Ima go up to some bums in Frisco and go - sing damn it sing, lol!!

yeah Rakesh was telling me one day that him and Z-Ro used to live together when Z-Ro made that Look What you Did To me album and that they were strugglin big time on the money issues and thats why there is soo much pain and struggle in those lyrics on that album...he said it was really tough there for a while....Rakesh gave up med school and everything to get into the production game and he had never fucked wit it before that album...his first album fucked around and was probably one of the best 5 albums ever made in the rap game period....its a damn shame more people dont recognize either of those albums in general as being up there on the level as some of the typical classic albums that are recognized by the majority of the west coast community....but that is the south in general...most west coast fans think the south is just that bulllshit they hear on tv

ya hit it right on tha button, I think someone was sayin that south music sounds like its from another planet n shit, but once a person really gets deep into south rap - past all tha stuff they see on TV, its some of the mos realest shit out there...ya I remember ur interview or maybe it was on SWC, Rakesh said that, he was like goin on 30, when he made them beats, I be like damn, but its better late then never...yea that LWYDTM was slightly raw, but like good sushi it was very fresh and new ta hear somethin different in tha rap game...

Rakesh is a genius, ya sayin he was jus fuckin around with them beats, lol, damn I wish I could do that - no game plan at all jus go in n tear shit up like he did...he musta been on some fry o some kinda drugs ta make them beats, ta me they got a lil spiratual shit with them...I think ya can label LWYDTM and Rise as Christian/Religion rap alboms also cuz like I said they got a lil spiratual twist to em
