Grooveline Magazine Opens Door To Sponsors, Back 2 School Tour
Grooveline Magazine will be hosting it's fourth annual Black College Tour. We will visit 10 Historically Black College Universities in Sept. dates T.B.A.
We would like to extend an invitation to your company to join us on this caravan of exposure, by purchasing a package that will give your artist(s) exposure in the college markets as well as in key urban markets. Our tour will reach major cities such as Holy Springs, MS; Nashville,TN; Huntsville,AL;
Atlanta,GA;Tallahassee,FL; New Orleans,LA; Baton Rouge,LA; Houston,TX; Dallas,TX, and Grambling,LA; Jackson,MS; and Shreveport,LA.
In each city we will set up booth on a HBCU campus. This booth feature a live DJ, prize raffles and free goodie bags filled with promotional items from our sponsors.
If you're looking to reach urban consumers between the ages of 18 to 25, this is the perfect opportunity to place your product in their view and their hands, because you will be associating your product with an established publication . Not only will you reach the audience through physical sampling, your brand name will reach millions of people as we mention it in the radio advertisements.
Sponsorship packages include the following:
1. Banners hung at all events
2. Full-color ad in Grooveline Magazine
3. Promotional items in our goodie bags (3,000 pieces maximum)
4. Tags on radio commercials running on college stations. Commercials will run one week prior to our arrival.
The cost for this Historical Black College Tour package is $4,000 for Independent labels $12,000 for the major labels
