he was clowning though. lol that shit was fun as fuck. portland showed hella love. yeah i'm locked in with grindtime now. probably won't be doing a whole bunch of battles but i'm going to fuck wit it here and there for the promo.

personally i fuck with scatter brain cuz as someone whos been a hip hop mc, and i dont know if that was off that top of the head, but i fucked with his style more. like it was alot less see through..if youre battling or freestyling i wanna feel like youre thinking about words while talking, not like you already had your shit set up 2-3 lines ahead..yeah you can pull off one liners off the top of the dome but ni feel like people make them simple enough to memorize and simple enough to not be detected as writing ahead...i just dont like corny battle/punchline mcs...and he was clowning too tho and i know scatter brain felt that pressure a lil by round two but i give it up to you for stepping up for san diego..that shit should always be given a stand of applause by san diegans
i dont like set up battles like that tho cuz niggas be tryna go home and memorize lil facts about towns and sports and all that shit, not to even say he did that but so much battles are kind of like, dude goes home does his homework (remembers some shit) and then goes to the spot with ammo....even sometimes dudes are tryna memorize lil factoids while the battles being set up..that shit is weak sauce to me, premeditiation like theyre scared of off the head..battles to me are more spontaneous and on the spot with no one given a particular advantage
san diego niggas are a little more blatant with battling, like most of them dont do that little cut out battle style shit..a battle like this is left up to an individuals tastes honestly..like two different styles you decide what you might possibly rock with more
another thing is i hate the racist shit, cuz i can grill someone with some racist shit. i wouldnt hear it but i always thought it was stupid when they used that shit but i guess the name of the game is all fair punches till someone gets punched, right

the thing about it is that i rolled out there solo. you can tell by the footage his boys were on the side banging on me pretty much. mugging me the whole event. he was like 8 deep. i didn't know what was going to pop off during or after the battle. turned out to be cool though. him and his boys all showed respect afterwards. wish they didnt edit out the part where the judges gave me the win
