yeah i agree about the east coast crime rates dropping, but on the west coast noggas is still on... 6 ppl got smoked, 14 ppl got shot last week up here in portland... but that shit dont even make the news...

and my ppls was in frisco ant the begining of the week, and he was tellin me about some niggas dat smoked a dude out front of a store... got hit like 2 in the head and 3 times in the body i think
