According to www.hitemup.com Grant Rice is the newest Regime member.....I saw this mentioned in another post, but I thought I would make a new thread about it.

I put some info up @ www.techn9nehq.com as well as a classic KC track feat Grant.

I think this is great news what are your views?

Grant's still doing his own thing. And best believe that when his album drops this summer he's gonna have some tracks that will keep your head noddin.

Not everybody can stay in KC and keep working with the same artists over and over again. How does that blow up KC? If artist A keeps colaborating with artist B and they are both in KC.....who's gonna hear them?

Now on the other hand if artist A starts fuckin with people from cali and the east coast.....how many more people are going to be exposed to it?

I look at is as more exposure to Kansas City....but thats just me.

Nobody said the regime was hot. But it's exposure. How many people you think knows who Grant Rice is outside of KC? I would bet not many.

Remember they were all just over in Austraila. You're on tour with people for 2 weeks you're bound to make some contacts and develop some relationships.

I would be willing to bet that it went like this.....

Grant let Yuk and them hear his album.....they loved it.....Yuk wanted him on his album, but it's pretty much all done. So he said why dont you get on the Regime album with us. Boom, he's in the regime.

Bottom line.....(big or small) he's making moves, period.

Shit, I heard some of Grants album, and that shit is wicked... I mean, this dude's shit aint that everyday shit, it's up there with the best of em'... JLMACN, you are right about the "Regime" and who it contains and it does seem that everything that the "Regime" does is unheard of if any. It's almost like a club for the "too busy" artists to be in and cant do shit with each other, so they claim regime and that's it! But you never know, maybe they are gonna one day just try and take over, so everything you hear is "Regime, this Regime that!!!" Too me, Yuk's album "thug lord" with Tech on it was the tightest, I am tired and I have writers block going on, so I can't think of the title now, but that shit is raw...

I dont think that the "Regime" is meant for all washed up cat's anyway's... Whenever they do decide to do some shit, then I am pretty sure it'll be tight...
