You've heard about the cameras that catch red light runners and speeders. Now, authorities in Phoenix, are getting the graffiti cam ready. Officials say the automatic camera will catch taggers in mid-spray. Phoenix officials are looking for the best place to mount the 26-hundred dollar Q-Star Flash Cam. Officials concede the photos taken by the Flash Cam may not stand up as evidence in court. But they say the camera will have deterrent value. The camera and its bright flash go off when an automatic sensor detects motion in a designated area. The Flash Cam also has a preprogrammed warning voice to scare away the spray-painting kids.
