GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBLE???

Sometimes I feel like The Goverment Created Aids to get rid of the Less Desirable people in Society such as the Homosexuals,lesbians,and Drug addicts but the disease spread to other people such as straight people,famous people,even children,and now they cant really find a cure for the disease or at least they arent really trying to.I cant really speak on the drug problem too much.but I do think theres alot they can do to ease the problem.Cuz there so called war on drugs became a war on people.People are in prison for possion of weed or having small amounts of drugs on them.and when the people go to prison.there are no treatment programs or no job training for when they get back on the outside.so they go back to what they know and they wind up back behind bars.Theres alot the goverment is doing wrong that they could change.but wont.and they are putting money into the wrong programs or not putting it where it needs to be.Instead of funding wars and other bullshit.Put it towards the schools and aids prevention programs and put money back into these poor communities that need the help.and quit being so fucking greedy and give to the needy.
Hell were you aware that thare is SUPPOSED to be a cure for Aids by the end of 2003? I watched this on the news but I can't remember what country is claiming this, it is not ours!
You beleive the government created this to get rid of the undesirable people in society such as drug users and so on.... That may be true. Look at how the epidemic has really affected Africa and Atlanta whare it is reported with the highest cases!
What I don't get is how come they can find a cure for just about anything but they can't seem to find one for Aids.... I read on the back of the "Simple Green" cleaning solution bottle and it said that it kills HIV if used on toilets or somethin like that, now how can that be?

that would be ridiculis. why would the goverment want to introduce a virus that could on a worst case scenerial devastate the population. and i mean the whole population evenly ( we all know AIDS dont care if your black or white, gay or straight). that could devastate our military and in turn could make us as a country weak.
