IMHO the only way a "producer" can make a weak beat sound good is if he he or she does the following:


1.Has the music redone.

OR

2.Has the artist concentrate on song concept.

Yes a good producer can make a weak beat sound tight:

"lets take out that keyboard bass and lets mic a four string. While we mic it lets record the bass direct. After we do that lets blend the signal and lower the direct recording a couple of db and use a delay of less than 30ms on it. Lets pan the guitar riffs and have them bouncing left and right with a slight delay on the pianos but panned opposite of the guitars"


Yeah its more to making music than most realize..................
