SCRATCHES ALL ON THE DOOR AND TRUNK!!!
END RESULT.....
I GET A TICCET FOR POSSESION!!!

CAN I GET THEM TO PAY FOR THE SCRATCHES ON MY CAR???

just wondering because if you smoked in the car, then they probly smelt it and had reason to search.

if you had just smoked and then gotten in the car and drove then the fact you were high gave them reason to search

if i were in your shoes...id be thanking the bud gods that i wasnt in jail...you didnt go much into detail though so maybe i got the situation all wrong.

^^^ oh man, ive been fucked wit twice with bud.... one time when i was DRUNK AS SHITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT and i was in a homies car, he had like a 2n half foot bong in the car as well... the cop searched the car, found the bong and was like "HOLY SHIT, LOOK AT WHAT WE GOT HERE? THIS IS A NICE FUCKING BONG" swear on my life exact words. Then we all got out of the car which was like 4 of us and we were ina circle with the cop, and the bong was in the middle of the circle. The cop was like hmmmmm what should i do? and the owner of the bong was like, u should break it sir, and the cop was like hmm u know what son i feel a lil crazy tonight... imma let u keep the bong but next time ur out driving around n smoking, u should prolly use something smaller so u can hide it in ur car next time a cop pulls u over.... it was the funniest fucking shit ever, he gave the bong back to us but he made us throw out the weed which was like a dime sac... lol true story..

Another time, we were driving around smoking... we prally smoked maybe 4 blunts driving around doing nothing and we drive by a cop, he follows us and when he pulled us over hes like "the second i followed u, i rolled down the window n it smelled like dope" lol.. long story short, my boy who was drivin got a DUII and a PCS while I walked home with nothing... the cop snatched a half O of some FIREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :(

if you have to go on siccness to ask if you can get the city of oc to pay for scratches on your car, no you cant.
