Damn. Not much of a difference though really, both are admitting to what you got popped for.

With the no contest though, you can't be brought to trial again for that incident.

Go to traffic court though, hopefully you can at least one of those three dismissed. I don't know how it is down there, but I had to go to Alameda traffic court and the commssioner was dismissing/reducing hella people's shit, even shit like yours.


Damn bruh, you should be driving like a grandma though if you're riding dirty ! Haha...

it all depends on how the judge is feelin. if i female judge got cacked that morning she could be lettin erybody off with minimal damage,but say dude before you pisses her off, she can give you the maximum penalty............

the no contest/ guilty shit really dont make a difference in a sitchy like yours......now if you caused an accident it could matter............and with a no contest plea you can still be brought to trial it just makes it harder........


either way a red light is non fixable and the insurance is...........

yea ive been driving without a licenese for a year......well i didnt have insurance at the time either.....i just wanna pay the fine and get it over with..cuz i know i wont even be able to get a restricted license

i got the same shit back on 03 or 04, minus the red light. i went to court told em i dont got that much money and got the fine reduced but i dont remember how much i had to pay

you aint goin to jail for that player...........i been pulled over with no L's, no insurance, no registration, and false tags then i had a failure to appear in court for that, all i got was a fine...........

shit there was a probation officer at court yesterday this mutha fucka said all threee charges were 3300...now he gave me a chance till april to get a restricted license.. drop the red light and no insurance and drop the ticket to 190...that mutha fucka showed me love

it dont matter now i went to court and they dropped the no insurance and the red light i just got to get a restricted licesne before april 4th and my fine will go down 3100 dollars lol they worked a deal
