Theres a lunch meat thread as a sticky.

I just find it weird that both these albums were dropped at the same time and theres been virtually no talk of this.

Has anyone heard it? what were your thoughts?

Ironically when i bought a CD from junk, he said coop only gave him the lunch meat cd and not the googie cd, so thats all i had a chance to pick up.

i'm thinking about buying this tomorrow.

I've met the guy in person and seen him freestyle on top of his work with the leery gang and IMO hes way more solid lyrically than lunch.

thats not to throw dirt, but i'd like to see googie get some hype too.

give us your short review if you can

And on topic, googie spit two verses about martin luther king and coretta scott king in his garage that might have been the most thoughtful shit ive heard a gangster rapper rap about since ice cubes first few albums..not to say ice cube was even a banger, but its that close on some black struggle shit

so on that ALONE..beyond the fact that he killed it on the leery gang album...id have to pick this shit up. to me this albums actually long awaited and its weird to see no talk.

dudes voice is also perfect for rapping. its on some authority-sounding type shit that people call "rapping hard"

A good album indeed. My favorite track is "I'm a monsta". I don't really know if his lyrics are better, but the beats are fa sho. Most people i know ordered 100% beef and just added the googie monsta because it's to expensive just to order one cd at the siccshop (overseas). Now they like googie monsta and sell their Lunch Meat cds :rolleyes:

Nah I had got Lunches album from him himself...and I was supposed to pick up Googies from Coop....If I didnt get it from Googie...

Googies album bumps..

Anyone got some snippets of Lunchmeat and Googies albums? I never heard them (I'm not too up on my Daygo rap) and would like to peep them out before copping.

I got love for that indy hustle but sometimes when I buy without listening the shit is bookoo. Im about to cop that Googie shit dude sounds dope on that video. And i found lunch's myspace dude got some hot shit. Im about to cop both of them. Good looks pimpin. Any more daygo shit I should peep out (aside from dudes like ecay and mitchy Im already up on them)?

the best way to tell someone what googie sounds like thats never heard him, is he sounds like a way more gangster san quinn, and the voice is deeper

not to say he raps like san quinn but they both have that commanding-style of voicethat makes it sound like hes an authority on what hes talking about

and dude definately lives his raps from what ive seen
dudes the "send the young g to the store for beer and blunts" type.

can someone tell me where i can cop this at besides fam bam or the siccshop

i want the shit now (so no siccshop)

but i dont wanna pay 15 (so no fam bam)

someone had said its at a few liquor stores? which ones, again...please?

im in a rental car for the next 3 days since toyota chula vista hit my car and i gotta buy some music since my cd's are all in my whip

im sure the liquor stores are in the east somewhere
