Defense attorney's for convicted rapper C-Murder will make a motion for a new trial in a matter of weeks, after the rapper was convicted of murdering a 16-year-old teen in a Jefferson Parish, Louisiana night club.

The jury that convicted the rapper was called back into the court house to meet behind closed doors with the attorneys on both sides and Judge Martha Sassone.

Attorney's nor jurors are allowed to speak about the case because of a court imposed gag order. The move is unusual because after a conviction, jurors and attorneys are allowed to speak to reporters and attorneys.

For some reason, Sassone has yet to lift the gag order pertaining to the case.

Miller was unanimously convicted by the jury on September 30 of shooting 16-year-old Steve Thomas to death inside of Club Platinum.

Miller is facing a mandatory life sentence.

They have a gag order on the jury and attorney's in the murder trial of Master P's little brother, C-Murder. But there's no gag order on AllHipHop.com! The judge called all the jurors into her chamber one by one and the defense is going for a re-trial. Our sources told us that one of the juror's may have been bribed (we hear the D.A. did the bribing) and that's why the judge ordered the gag order in effect, despite the trial appearing to be over with.

If you do the crime do the time. If that mutha fucka got put through the system and it didn't work, when he got out he would be a dead man in my eyes. If that was my family member he killed. you act so sure that he killed the boy. It could have been anyone. I think he is not stupid enough to get mad and shoot a fuckin 16 year old boy infront of everyone. That is the most retarded thing anyone could do ever if they were a gangsta rapper named C-Murder. I am pretty sure he was framed because there are a lot of bullshit witnesses that arent sure about their story. I wish that man luck, but if he did do it, they wouldn't even try for a damn retrail. I think this is a case of mistaken identity and another case of 900-blame-a-nigga!!!!!!!!!!!

Rappers talk about murder in their songs and then cry about it when they actually get caught for something. Whether he did it or not, I don't know, but it's amazing how many rappers wolf about how criminal they are, and then when they get popped they say that it's discrimination. C-murder could have very well taken some 16 year old boys life. His parents who raised him and loved him will never see their son again...

We need to start promoting the positivity. Check out the new Paris album "Sonic Jyhad". I don't know how many stores it's in, because the powers that be don't want these messages being spoken. They want to keep our people killin eachother. What i mean by good news is that he's getting a new trial and i hope that he gets free BECAUSE I say that he didn't doit. But if i knew he did then he can rot, but ya'll think c-murder did it? and why is that? it's cause his name is c-murder and what he raps about is killing, drugs, and shit like that and ya'll think all the shit he raps about is real which is wrong. I don't know him prolly will never meet him, so I could really careless what happens to him. Its pretty easy to throw a gun in a lake or in a dumpster.

Thats untrue friend. when mutha fuckas get sum beer balls and get fucked up they gone do whatever. The homie Roy Atkins aka Champ got shot out here at Face II Face a club that was packed to full capacity. Cats from East side tre-5 shot him after he said yall want sum come get sum. He already only had one lung from being shot previously. They shot and killed him in the club, caught the guy days later.

Good news,

everyone's making a fool out of themselves by jumping into conclusions. Know the facts, the only two witnesses for the prosecution where not even sure that C pulled the trigger.

There's a reason why there's gonna be a re-trial....
