good news is i won $250 at work today

bad news is, my damn cd rom on my computer went out.

I popped in a cd, tried to convert a cd to mp3 and it was goin hella slow. should i try to clean this shit, or just buy a new one.

if you don't want to waste time, cd rw drives only cost like $30 in a lot of places

a dvd rom only cost 20, and like your burner will read it so u can do that for awhile. u really can just go with 2 burners and call it good. anyways replacing it is switching IDE cable and power plug and taking out screws pretty simple actually.

I think the shit needs cleaning though, so i'ma go cop a cd rom cleaner in a few. if the don't work, then i'ma place an order when i get back from the store

nah we had a contest at work. whoever had the most referrals for automatic pay deductions for the past 4 months. i had 86, the most in the office. hell the most in the company call centers! lol
so i won an ipod nano, $250, plus i won company bucks which i converted to $255 worth of walmart cards

i slid my girl $100 for christmas
then i used $155 for my zen mp3 player! yee!
my job is excellente, i can do it in my sleep, been there for almost a year. will be year on feb.6, i came in at rhe right time. i got a $2.25 raise in less than year, and i haven't got my yearly review yet
