That's why I linked the imdb's lol. Insomnia is a Christopher Nolan movie, he did Memento. Requiem For A Dream is the most depressing movie ever made and The Machinist is a mindfuck.
Donnie Darko's one of my favorites and I approve of these 3, so check em out.

Requiem For A Dream
The Machinist

Those are all on my top 20 list for sure, with Donnie Darko, Frailty, Identity, and Memento top 10. My other favorites are any Hannibal movie, The Devil's Rejects, Fight Club, Fracture, Butterfly Effect, Saw series, and Hostel.

These were movies I enjoyed as well: Population 436 (don't let Durst discourage you, he did surprisingly well), Disturbia, High Tension, Hard Candy, The Jacket, Mystic River, The Number 23, Primal Fear.
