Good Haircut in SF?

Just looking for a good barber that can cut me up real good. I have short hair (2 on top with 0 sides or 2 all around.) Just want a regular fade on the sides and then line me up clean on the front and all around. Not looking to spend any ridiculous amount of money either ($10 or less if good). I'm located in SF. Let me know a shop and the barber's name if you have one.

I'll definitely keep them in mind. Has anyone ever been to Chicago's Barber Shop #2 on Divisadero? They are a bit closer to me but if not, I'll head on out to A Cut Above The Rest this Friday. Need to look clean for the July 4th weekend.
