Let's just hope this was the right decision. At this time next year we may be a top seed with home court in the second round of the playoffs and have forgotten all about Jackson. Who knows... I'm eager to see who they hire. I know the rumor is Steve Kerr, who knows. I'm definitely not happy at all, like most fans, but is what it is. Thanks Mark, we appreciate what you did over here, Breh.

Im pissed.... FUCK a steve kerr
im in disbelief. these gm's are mainy.
george karl is also available too.
stan van gundy wouldnt mesh well with u guys style of play. and kerr never coached a game in his life and with his lowkey demeanor i dont see players respecting him. lionel hollins is ok, but again his coaching style dont mesh.
so now you guys gotta learn a whole new system.
this is bs.

if we can get George Karl he would obviously be the best choice. We need a coach that will get in the players faces and have respect of the team. I think Kerr will go to the Knicks. Jackson did a pretty good job with the team may be to much of a players coach but just couldnt get along with his assissants which is really bad when ur firing ur assissants right before the playoffs

Jeff Hornacek anyone? Not that the suns had a great season tho they did well with what they had player wise and that could partially be attributed to Hornacek, who had never coached a game in his life (beyond assistant) and has a low key demeanor #jussayin

hornacek was in a different situation. you see hornacek has built a rapport with his players from the ground up, just like jackson did. those guys are used to jackson's style, so a person like steve kerr who is the polar opposite personality wise, i just dont see GSW buying into what steve is selling. gonna be a hard act to follow for GSW to continue where they left off instead of falling out of playoff contention.
wonder if the lakers will consider him.
