over at cell-block (www.cell-block.com) they are having a greatest of all time poll where rappers get matched up against others, then the winner moves on until the GOAT is crowned.... in the first round they had Tech N9ne up against LL Cool J...... what the fuck? hwo can you have these two going against each other first round?

anyway, tech won round 1.....

LL is at least top 5 when it comes to his impact on hip-hop as a culture. Every album up through Mama Said Knock You Out were dope.

Tech is more entertaining.
