Lightweigt on both. I thought the orginal Get Smart was funny for its time, but we all know how remakes go. Im just afraid Carrell is going to get caught in the Will Ferrell cycle, where every character he plays is virtually the same.

As far as Love Guru, it would be nice to see Mike Myers in a non-animated movie for the first time in what, a decade? However, there looked like a bit too much slap stick for a movie not named Austin Powers.

Ill wait til torrents/DVD.

most movies nowadays have hella obvious endings by the time theres 30-20 min left

what the family guy movie? it was cool., but i fuck with family guy...i didnt think the simpsons movie was funny at all..

to me comidies have lacked in the 2000's...i cant really recall anything that has just had be dying in the theatres

i guess if something as funny as friday or half baked came out now....id laugh..but i aint seen that shit in a long time...eddie murphy movies dont do it for me anymore...mel brooks dosent make movies anymore..so...comedy is dead to me right now
