yeah, so even more of the juices can run out of it, huh???

I always poor the drippings back onto my meat, to try and juicy it up.
Doesn't usually work, though.

Imma try the grilled cheese sammiches, though.

A lot of the time, meat will cook on the outside but not on the inside. You gotta damn near char the shit to have it be done on the inside.
