I have a subscritption w/ Gear magazine and a couple issues back (dedicated to Hip Hop) they had a 4 page article w/ a gay rapper outta NY (I think, can't remember, definately on the east) named Caushin. I am not gay and really don't care what anyone does to make themselves happy (do whatcha do), but is there enough room (fanbase) for a gay rapper to do anything in this industry. I'm thinking not. Other catz would have a field day on this artists, I can already hear it now. What's your opinion on this thread and gay rappers period.

(I know a couple butch chicks that can fuck up the mic, but there is a BIG difference in the way society looks at this)

If a gay rapper makes YOU look gay then you might want to evaluate yourself. The only person that can make YOU look gay is yourself. If people think you are gay it's not because of the gay rapper it's because you're too damn fruity.

Yea if the music is on it, and they don't speak on thier 'personal life-style' than who cares. Just b/c both Vanilla Ice and ***insert fav rapper here*** rap doesn't mean they are compariable. One gay rapper doesn't make all other rappers gay. Some logic steps were skipped in that line of thinking.

I just say "Oh Drama" on BET a few nights ago and they had on this gay rapper named "Homo Thug". He was talkin about how people can enjoy the "thug lifestyle" (cars, clothes, jewelry), but be gay. And he says that his music is an outlet for all the 'homo thugs' of the world. The pathetic thing is that he rapped, but all it was was him and his backup yelling dumb shit that didn't rhyme. He never actually flowed or had a verse. It was like 45 seconds long. Its obvious he isn't a serious rapper, but just decided since he was gay he could make money.

I also heard of a gay rapper named "Rainbow Flav".

^^^i agree wit that...but...i heard one of Caushin's songs a while back...he was rappin about fuckin Juvenile, Lil' Wayne & Jay-Z...to me that shit ain't workin...
