I FOUND THIS SITE A FEW WEEKS AGO. I LIVE IN THE VERY SOUTH OF TEXAS NEXT TO SOUTH PADRE ISLAND SOUTH OF SAN ANTONIO KNOW AS THE RIO GRANDE VALLE. AROUND 500,000 PEEPS IN THE VALLEY TOGETHER .THIS SHIT IS FUCKED UP, I DON'T KNOW HOW GANGS WORK IN CALIFORNIA EXACTLY BUT DOWN HERE EVERYONE'S AT WAR. THE THING IS I THINK MOST OF THEM ARE CONFUSED AS FUCK. THE STRONGEST & BIGGEST GANG HERE IS THE BLUE RAG "SUREÑOS 13" FROM MCALLEN AND MISSION CITY. BUT THE SECOND IS THE BIG NORTEÑO GANG FROM HIDALGO CITY..FUCKED UP THING IS THERE ALL MEXICAN/CHICANOS BUT THEY CLAIM "NORTEÑO XIV BLOODS" AND THEY WRITE NORTE XIV BLOODS..THEY CALL EACH OTHER ENE AND BLOOD. WUT'Z UP WITH THAT? THEN THE THIRD BIGGEST GANG IS PROBABLY THE BLACK RAG "LOCOS SUR 13" THEY ARE AT WAR WITH THE BLUE RAG "SUREÑOS SUR 13" LOL. IM TALKING ABOUT SOUTH TEXAS HOMIE...THERE'S ONLY ABOUT 1 BLACK PERSON PER HIGH SCHOOL. LOL. AND ABOUT 2 WHITE PEOPLE PER HIGH SCHOOL AS WELL. I THINK LAST CENSUS SAID IT WAS 92% MEXICAN-AMERICANS/MEXICANS/CHICANOS IN THE VALLE. NOW IF U GO UP NORTH 2 HOUSTON & DALLAS THEN YEAH THEY GOTZ LOTS OF BLACKZ UP THERE..SOUTH OF SAN ANTONIO BLACK PEOPLE ARE BASICLY UNSEEN.

2. I guess no one there realizes that both the black rag and blue rag gangs are SUPPOSEDLY "Surenos" just that one actually has "Surenos" in the name and the other has just SUR in the name. Its an easy way to distinguish who is from where without technicalities it seems.
3. i'm amazed that there are all these out-state "Nortenos" in an area geographically further south (east) than both San Diego and 1/6th of Mexico and still not one varrio in LA.

Gangs that migrate from one area to another are gonna have a different set of rules. Doesn't mean that they're fake, just means that overtime they've changed a lot from their original gangs. BTW Sur & Norte has nothing to do with their location, that would be stupid to trip off of location. It just means that surenos started in the south & nortenos started in the north. From then on it doesn't matter if they on the east/north/south/west side of their town or state, just that they claim where they started or originated from.
