Im a big game fan, but the album is not what I thought it would be. He didnt go hard on this, but its his first album so he aint got no creative control over his shit. He goes alot harder on his mix tapes. Shit alot of mix tape songs sound better. Too many diff producers

Alright got it finally and just listened from beginning to end. I gotta say his new album is very unique apart from all the other typical West Coast hits & music. It sounds more East Coast than West Caost even though hes reppin the West really hard to stand out with all the other artists, and its due to his sound & production. Also, I heard him say too much names for credit, he raps pretty well but his sound and music is like no other typical West Coast sound that we always know like the G funk or the typcial og LA style. The just seen the DVD and its pretty well developed; its almost 50 minutes of his brief bio and shots of studio sessions and all his blood homies, his rip homies reppin Compton & LA, rappin and showin up love for him and also a brief tribute to his very recent passed on homie, Billboard aka 4 Bent who was also keepin real gangsta wit him and it was tight cuz of that. Overall I say this album couldve bring some highlights to the West but mainly LA & Compton and not like everyone was sayin he was gonna bring the West back to the mainstream once again since The Game is very unique for a typical West Coast gangsta rap artist even though he clicked wit G Unit. But we all should know that he need another spotlight to become a successful artist and he did it by selling way more units than all the other rappers from G unit and thats stands out that the West needed the buzz, so Ill say this album is pretty much descent for a new upcoming mainstream West Coast artist. Ill rate this a 4 1/2/5. Good luck to yall peepin his album as well!
