It seems all the previous threads, despite being there, isn't searchable since the update. Fucking stupid.

Anyway, I managed to find a post I made in response to HERESY not too long ago.

So I placed the order. Then this morning I get a message telling me the order can't be processed because I didn't provide the +4 digit (which is NOT required for mailing.) Anyway, I promptly give the info they requested and this was early this morning. Then, five minutes before their phones shut down, I get a call from a worker telling me my order was cancelled because they didn't update the info in time and that I needed to place the order again. The problem is, when I went to go place the order the game was no longer listed for sale.

Is this how gamefly treats its customers?
I can't speak to that specific issue, but my last go-round with GameFly, I felt they had extremely poor customer service.

I received a game that kept freezing at a cutscene, and it was near the end of the game. I felt it would be a waste of my monthly fee to send it back and wait for the replacement, beat it and send it back again and have to wait again for another game. I asked if they could send me the replacement, as well as the next game in my Q, and they said my 1-game plan didn't allow for it.

I took that game out of my Q so i could get a brand new game. Once I received notification the next game was shipped out, I put my defective game in the mail. They received their game before I received mine. Contacted customer service again, the only thing they could do is send me the next game in my Q.

Really assholes? I'm paying to play games for the whole month, yet I was without a working game for half of the month. I got a customer satisfaction survey in my email, so I pretty much blasted them for how bad they were at not being able to help me at all. they ended up giving me a free month, and both games arrived within a day or two of each other, but it took multiple emails and a survey to get anything from them.

The final straw was when I sent back Homefront and had ONLY Batman: Arkham Asylum in my Q. On a Friday or Saturday, the game's availability was listed as Now, and it wasn't shipped. The availability then went to Medium. What the fuck??? So I added Metro 2033 (garbage) to my Q and it was shipped out almost immediately.

I said fuck it, and canceled with them for the second time. The first time I canceled was games i wanted not being available.

Fuck GameFly.
