DON'T KNOW MUCH BOUT THE CLIQ BUT I KNOW IT RUNS OFF THE ANDROID NETWORK ALSO. I WAS THINKIN BOUT UPGRADING TO THE G1 BUT THEN I LEARNED BOUT THE CLIQ COMMING OUT 2MORROW. DO THEY DO THE SAME THING OF WHAT? NEED FEEDBACK CAUSE THE CLIQ LOOKS DOPE!

I don't know how important headphones are to you.... but I don't think the G1 gets down like that.

Everybody around me got iPhones and little super computer phones like that. I still got an old ass Motorola I got 4 years ago. Still works perfect. And I just need a phone to call people. Never had a phone before that lasted like this Motorola...So if this will ever stop working, I'd prolly get another Motorola.

i love my g1 except for the phone bill. shits expensive as fuck.
i have 39.99 for 1k mins and unlimited nights and weekend. then i got data plan which is like 35 for g1. the data plan for unlimted net and texting

ya then i have $5 insurance or something for the phone and taxes. i have 15% discount for tmobile for where i work. so my phone bill every month is: $72.76.

kind of crazy to think im paying almost a g a year on cell phone alone.

I'd get the Cliq..gonna be upgrading my g1! The Cliq does everything the G1 does but it has a better version of Android software which is called Motoblur. its pretty cool! they combine all the social networks of twitter/facebook to each of ur contacts so u can see everything they posting or doing...

Goodlookin yall. I got a patna that works at a t mobile kiosk and he gon gove me the employee discount which is 60% off. So imma fuck wit the cliq even thought im still hooked on the sidekick.

I got the Cliq. Pretty dope phone. Better than the G1 and Mytouch. Android is the operating system that runs the phone. The Cliq ships with Android 1.5 the G1 and MyTouch have been updated to 1.6. Android 2.0 was just released. The touch screen on the Cliq is pretty responsive and gives you 5 customizable home screens. The Motoblur interface on the Cliq pulls in all of your social networking updates from twitter, myspace facebook etc. The keyboard is cool and overall the phone is hella sturdy. Has a 5 Megapixel camera and 480x320 video resolution. If you don't need a keyboard. the Behold 2 is coming soon on TMO. That should ship with Android 2.0 that shoots DVD quality video and has a flash for the 5 MP camera. I have no complaints about the Cliq. I'm waiting on someone to root it so I can run Linux on it. Android is built on a Linux kernel so if you get root access you can do a whole lot more. That's with any Android phone though. The apps store is the shit though , lots of free apps. So far I've turned my phone into a metal detector, wifi scanner, barcode scanner, navigation unit, super nintendo, I say go with the Cliq.

G1 is dope as fuck high though my brother just fucked his screen up & has now insurance so its gonna run a few Hundad to get it fix there is 1000's of apps he's got one thats a barcode scanner tells about products n shit its dope for real but I dont know about the new ones coming out but u can do a shitload of stuff on the g1 ud be suprized he upgraded from the sidekick
