There is a website called knowgangs.com that is selling these CDs as a tool to help those who do gang presentations/awareness and Law Enforcement.

Several years ago, Mr. Gratton provided Know Gangs with several dozen copies of the gangster rap CD, Generation of United Norteno. This CD was organized by Gratton on behalf of the Nuestra Familia prison gang. Their goal was to make money from the sale of the CD and to use it as a recruiting tool for youth to get involved in the street gang Nortenos. The CD is an excellent training tool for new officers, parents and educators as to the true purpose behind some gangster rap CDs. If you provide gang awareness presentations, this is a ‘must have’ item for your tool box. This is not a computer copy, but an original factory made CD—the same one that was found in music stores throughout the West Coast in the late 1990s until law enforcement authorities stopped the sale of the CD.

the GUN album sounds like fucking brainwashing music. LOL but to say, "The CD is an excellent training tool for new officers, parents and educators as to the true purpose behind some gangster rap CDs." is ridiculous.
