"He should diss the idiot that told him that album cover idea was "fresh" or "original". I actually hate seeing Bay artist bight the Mac Dre album covers...be an innovative, take risk and maybe cats will stop sound scanning numbers in the low thousands."

We have actually gotten a lot of complements on this cover in comparison to a lot of our recent projects... As part of Photo Doctor Graphics, we designed a majority of Mac Dre album covers as well as countless other artists across the country, independent & major... We pride ourselves in not only coming up with conceptual themes for covers but also establishing a visual identity for Labels... The "Thizz Look" (which we did originate, but does not resemble the majority of our work) spawned a wave of copy cat designers... You can say that we are idiots, but it seems to me that a lot of people value our art... I guess you need a sense of humor to appreciate...

The art goes along with his "Purple Series" designs. And the "Diss" record was never advertised as a diss and its only 4 bars so I wouldnt call that a diss record more like a few lines.

im going to have to agree with the album cover...sure yall designed most of mac dre's albums and everyone elses all look the same afterwards... and sure you will get a positive response from people inside in the box...see that style used to be thinking outside the box but when you repeat the style so many effin times its called...played out.

step ya album cover design game up! oh boy hahahahaha jk

never the less g-stack is always worthy enough for an album buy just disapointing to see the same template album cover over and over and over...and over.

I dont wanna sound defensive... Criticism is good with me... We all need criticism to keep progressing in whatever we do and of course we all fall into routine, that's what makes us individuals... I'm glad the cover attracts attention either way... Here's the first Town Thizzness cover, which to me, is different than the Stack (besides the purple theme we are using to represent Oakland)...

photo doctor has the best artwork period!!!!! i have done all but one of my covers with them, AS FAR AS STACK, DUDE PUTS IN MAJOR WORK AND PUTS OUT QUALITY PROJECTS, FROM MASTERING, BEATS AND LYRICS, DO UR THANG STACK

The cover art is regional. That's not to say that the graphic artist can't do other things. The graphic team is paid to do what THE ARTIST tells them they want to represent them. That is a grown ass man and if he didn't know that his attempt at comedy was actually a copy of a Mac Dre visual theme then that is on him. Now, I actually can't really act like I'm shocked that a rapper is taking shots at people. It is normally done for some sort of shock value, but the sad thing is it doesn't work. You got to be a big time artist for people to give a damn about who you don't like and why.
