You gained weight becuase each pack of Ramen has something like 350 calories in it. It takes at LEAST 2 packs to even get close to full, so youre looking at 700 calories right there. Most people i KNow eat 3-4 packs, so you do the math.
Beef flavored Ramen is good when you eat it with a hot link. Here's what to do:
Boil the noodles with a chopped up hot link.
Drain the water all out.
Put the seasoning on the noodles
and then add a table spoon of butter then mix it up.
Bomb!! Don't knock it until you try it. All you need is 1 pack and 1 hot link.
u adding butter to ramen noodles will deff get u killed,haha like that shit aint already packed with bad news..haha but u had alot of the steps right,,i drain the water but leave just a bit,then add the seasoning..then i add addtional season salt and black pepper,sumtimes a hint of lemon and onion power...this shit aint a game nigga!.i fucks wit ramen
yea i dont add butter, i drain it completely and then add the seasoning, and some hot sauce, add some cheyanne pepper, maybe some garlic powder, and italian seasoning, then stir, and its bomb
