fucked my cell up.....what can i do?

so i got a nokia flip phone (t-mobile provider), I've had it for about 4 months. like maybe a week ago i was drunk and dropped it. it works perfectly fine, but the phone doesnt stay flipped down, so I have to lay it down so it stays down, and when its in my pocket, it always opens up and drains the battery. anyways, will they let me exchange it for a new or refurbished one or do i just gotta buy a new phone? I think the spring or something in it is fucked up. i dont have insurance on it or anything, so im guessing i'll have to buy a new one, just seeing if you guys know for sure

i was just in a t-mobile store the other day cuz my sisters phone was fucked up...she didnt have insurance and they said she could renew the contract early ONLY if 11 months of a 1 year contract had already passed or 22 months of a 2 year contract...they gave her a few options on phones for like 50 bucks...you probably wont have to pay FULL price but your gonna have to pay something

i broke my phone last night gettin into the car, it fell out of my jacket pocket and as i shut the car door the phone just happened to be there, needless to say the outside screen is cracked but the inside screen works fine. ima have to replace it tomottorw, i have insurance on it tho so it shouldnt cost too much

ive had that same shit happen to me. i had the tightest phone, and had insurance on it. and when they send me the replacement, it was a different phone. i was pissed.
