My grill ran out of gas as I was warming it up to make this:

Busted out the cast iron
cooked up some pepper bacon
formed chopped sirloin into patties
queso fresco between two patties
cooked in the bacon drippings
finished by basting with melted butter
put onto toasted bun with bacon(2 layers), tomato, avocado, lettuce, and "special sauce"

Served with fries
