Fuck UPS

I put in a request for my Xbox 360 coffin 2 weeks ago. The operator says it takes 3-5 Business days. It doesn't show up until this past Wednesday. I called back and the operator says that it's UPS's fault. The box came in the morning and I sent it off 2 hours later. I checked the website today and it says that it's still in San Pablo, CA. It takes UPS a fuckin week to get a damn box from California to Texas? Fuckin bullshit. Did this same bullshit happen to anybody else? If I would have known this shit before, I would have payed for it and sent it myself through FEDEX if I had the chance.

sucks for you, i got my coffin like 3 days after i called microsoft, UPS got my Xbox to Texas in a day and i had my xbox back within a week. UPS is by far the best shipping company, fuck FEDEX

These motherfuckers are lagging like crazy. I've called the Xbox 360 Repair Center about 5 times these past two weeks and they keep saying the same shit.

A coffin is just a box that the Xbox 360 Repair Services send off to you so that you can put your 360 in it and send it back. The operator didn't give me a choice but then again I didn't think they would take this fuckin long. I don't understand how they're taking this long when the holidays have already passed.

yea that happened to me but 10x worse... took em like 4 months.. when i called they fucked up my information 2 differnt times ( talking to 2 different operators both of which did NOT SPEAK ENGLISH)

yea but this is what u can do.. phone em like 1 800 4 my xbox ( i think thats it) and ask for thier supervisor .. and just let em have it.. tell em all ur problems and i guartee u will get sum thing for free.. worked for me and my friends so im sure it will work for u. they might jsut give u a free game...which probly wont be that great but just demand compensation that what i did.

from my experiences

1. UPS - Fast as fuck and great online tracking service, tells you the day its going to be at your door and its usually right.

2. USPS - Cheaper and slower, good for little sized stuff like cds in bubble wrap

3. FedEx - Ships in residental in the early morning when no one is home to sign for the package, doesnt leave package on doorstep or mailbox.

4. DHL - Ok, but it just seems like they are pizza men with packages instead.

I called 1-800-4-My-Xbox earlier and the lady said that it takes a week to "inspect" my 360 plus another week to send it back. Fuckin assholes. Looks like I'm gonna have to go back to the PS2.

at my job we deal with just UPS, we have a UPS account. And theyve fucked up on shipping so many times.. DHL is trying to get us to switch to them and so is FED EX. Aside from that my personal experiences.. i preffer USPS and FED EX, even DHL before UPS. USPS comes to me in 2 days.. 3 days tops anywhere in the US.

i told em it was past the 10 day thing where once they recieved the 360 they had 10 days to fix and send back.. thats what my buddie told me to say..so i did and they gave me a free game..and 2 months free of XBOX live ( 1 month u alrdy get when u get ur 360 back from being repaired.

Microsoft has so many consoles to repair so the turn back time is anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
