called up customer service to put my phone on a seasonal plan.....think its $6 a month and shit....plan is good only for 6 months....after that ima be placed on a regular plan....$30 a month for a phone i wont even use at all....i wont give a fuck if sprint goes bankrupt....they always find a way to fuck over the consumer

i just upgraded my at&t to 1500 text like 10 minutes ago. they tried to convince me to do unlimited but i dont even text that much. ppl text me and keep making me go over. i wanna sent out a mass text telling ppl only to text me if they have to cause theyre at work or something. stop sending me stupid texts with jokes or pictures or any of that dumb shit.
ive heard about sprints horrible customer service..ive had them for a lil over a year and havent had any problems..i actually got over on em by bullshittin about a rebate when i signed up..i was suppose to get a $50 dollar rebate when i signed up..well i got the rebate, but emailed them saying the customer rep had told me i was gonna get a $100 dollar rebate..sent a few emails and got the $100 rebate PLUS an additional $100 for my troubles lol..
and im on the SERO plan..$30/month..500 mins, unlimited text, unlimited internet..free mobile to mobile, nights start at 7pm..i can't complain..

i added a data plan on december 30....got the bill today and they was chargin me $75 for the data plan....2905 kb of casual data usage at 3 cents a kilobyte or some shit....called up ther customer service and spoke online with ther representative....both gave me the runaround....claimin the data pack was added on jan 28....
ya fuck sprint. they sold me a peice of shit phone & it went haywire after 2 weeks, they replaced it 4 free but it took 2 weeks 2 get the replacement. then they tried 2 charge me $30 to transfer all my #s on the new phone. i told em 2 get fucked & entered em all by hand. then 2 weeks later my replacement phone did the same thing as the 1st 1. thats why i b like fuck sprint.
I got the samsung instinct with sprint... and lately my shit doesnt receive calls for some reason
