well your fucked buddy thats all that is to be said, they are gonna eventually make you pay the shit one way or the other. Can't run away from student loans my friend, if you do not pay you are fucked for LIFE. No disrespect but that is the god honest truth, take that from your fellow siccness cohort and collections professional. If you do not land a very well paying job as a chef you are going to be in trouble so i hope you at least graduated the school. Your mom passing doesn't have absolutly nothing with your obligations to the debt that is the contract you and your mom signed, you are the primary on the loans anyways. If the tables were turned your mom would have been held laible too. Bankruptsy won't even make those student loans go away, they are with you for life quite like herpes

Thats the tough part about cooking school or many of the artistic schools out there where you graduate from these high priced schools and are lucky to get a job for 12-15 dollars an hour starting. I know I graduated from audio engineering school and didn't do dick with what i learned from there aside from make dope beats and give people studio advice on the siccness. Thank god I didn't spend 65k to go to that school but places like the art institute and full sail charge that much I paid 13500 and owe about 11k still. You graduate from there, you are lucky to be used as a slave for a recording studio for free. If you can't be an indentured servant for them 7 days a week for 75 hours a week than you are finished and theres 10 more smucks to take your place. Thats why im going to school to get a real degree and collect bills for a living lol
