Are you serious? This is a classic HOUSE song that came out in 1995.

It's not even "techno." There's nothing "techno" about it, other than your four to the floor beat that's common in most dance music.

Techno is a genre itself. This song is House.

I'm not saying it's a problem. Just putting it out there that it's already been done and with the same intention which is DANCE music, because I know a lot of Hiphop/Reggaeton heads out there ain't open minded to other forms of music. And the reason I point out Hiphop/Reggaeton is because that's where Calle Ocho is ultimately played at, Hiphop venues and Hiphop radio stations. There's fools & bitches out there that think Pitbull is the originator of the sample flip. Some don't even know it's Chicago to start off with either haha.
