How the fuck u gonna write a song (bills bills bills) talkin bout how " (u) need a man to not lag, and be able to pay ur car, phone, clothing, etc bills" n shit, and then a few months later come out with "independent woman" talkin bout how u dont need a man n ur all good by urself n shit....

its shallow, money-hungry, golddiggin bitches like them that need to get slapped once in a while, always beggin for a dollar...

(i know these songs came out a few years ago, but i heard them at work the other day n it made me wanna post this)

I always thought that. Buggaboo and then that Bills Bills Bills, then Independent Woman, they just making shiet aint even thinking. Shieeet, i dont think they write them songs anyway, the producer gives it to em tells em what to sing what notes to sing and they do it.

I agree, but dont you have to be hypocritical in the music world......They are touching all aspects of life and what people go through on a daily......like alot of rap music we listen to is also hypocritical, alot of rappers have spiritual songs, songs where they tell women to stand up....Then on the next track its kill him her and your mom/ pimp that whore she aint shit.........Everyone is hypocritical!!!!

Ghostwriters and record labels tellin them bitches what to sing, no need to put anymore thought into it


The music business is business not real life, its ment to entertain these songs don't nessisarily depict these artists autobiographies. If some big shot record label wanted you to sing a song about how you love smokin weed and being a thug and shit you'd do it in a heartbeat no matter if your music makes impressionable kids think that kind of shit is cool.
