i dont know if u homeboys remeber that i said that gang task pull me over for no reason...well n e ways i was suppose to have court today but i didnt go cause it was a fix it ticket or what not...well i called court today cause the damn ticket wasnt in the system yet and the lady from court says that for havin a bat its a misdemeanor and that i should of been in court because now they have a warrant for me....lol man this is some shit....fuckin po po said that it was a warning and now they got a warrant for my mexican ass lol fuckin gang task force...ima talk shit to em cause they be fuckin up

Jesus--How is having a bat a misdemeanor anyway? What if you wanted to go and play baseball, or if your own kids played little league? What if you got a tire iron or a jack in your car? What about something for your own self defense? I don't understand how they could even say a bat is illegal...was it a switchblade semi-automatic hollow tipped bat???? Do you know what they cited you under? I never looked too close at whatever restrictions they put on my paperworks--they just trying to say I cant affiliate wit anybody including friends or family whatsoever who ever was under the influence--This don't apply to me, but theoretically what do people do if their own moms or dads or kids or roommates were fucked up without their own doing? Now Iam thinking they want me to piss test any and or every person I may happen to meet or be within a few feet of for the next bunch of years til probation is over. Fuck this! Is anybody aware of any real good Latino Johnnie Cochran's that can take task to task over their unconstitutional family breaking up practices? People got a right to organize over what many consider "medicine" in order t even try to challenge unreasonable dope laws and also self-defense laws. If the cops take all the baseball batrs away from all the homiez here in North Cali--see how fast scraps try to come up here and try to move in. I don't mind a good fist fight, but I sure don't need to fight hand to hand if having a bat as self defense insurance will keep someone from even thinking about throwing the first punch to start with. ya nobody it didnt say shit bout a misdemeanor or whatever and the cop said that it could be so he let me off that one....he never said im not gonna write u up for it...he just said switch ur bulb and show dmv a change of addy....n e ways i told the fuckin cops or the gang task force that it was for baseball cause i was playin baseball at the time but u know they werent hearin it...well fuck them im gonna do somethign bout it and get someone to hear me so they can stop being idiots for no reason

*update* i went to court and fuckin judge asked why i didnt show up yesterday 1/7/03 i said because i didnt know there was any charges or whatever on me....then i showed her my 2 fix it tickets and those easliy got cleared but i was still for a misdemeanor for an aluminum bat....i got court again on 2/24/03 and im fuckin pissed i went in a 8:20 and got off like at 12:45 or so cause they had fuckin convicts in there also....fuck im mad.....i want to get proof from safeway that i was playin fuckin softball with them so this shit can be dropped...its all cause im mexican and im drivin a low low on rims....i hate the system.......how can they charge me for a misdemeanor if my citation doesnt say shit about it being one???????????
