What are some good flashlights with strong strobes that are affordable? I like the Nitecore EA81 but the strobe doesn't seem strong enough to blind somebody. It looks like a great design with weight for molly whopping somebody over the head with.

Got an inversion table to help out my back pain. I've read how much they work, but I'm actually surprised how much they actually work. I set mine to the lowest setting at 15 degrees, which is barely inverting and only did 3 minutes cause I'm gonna build up to bigger inverting, but the lowest setting at only 3 minutes has my back feeling better than it has been in months. Feels like I just got an awesome message or something.

Im at 219lbs while eating at a surplus. I want to hit a solid 230 maybe in two months, then cut down to like 200. Then do it again lol. Even if it's like gain 15lbs muscle and 15lbs fat then lose 15lbs fat and 5lbs muscle, it's still way better than stupid useless ass recomping

Working out rules I'm in a nice groove right now and if I can hold steady and keep the calories up, its going to be a really dramatic change over the last... I dunno, year and a half or some shit. I'm trying to get pretty obviously swole partly to rub it in the faces of the people who doubted me and also had jokes when I got all skinny. But mostly because this was the goal since the calorie counting first began... get skinny, then get swole. Phase 3 will be life long maintenance with a focus on heart and circulatory health

My original grandfather who died when I was like two years old I think died at 54 or 55 and went out in horrifying fashion. Overweight with alcoholism and a bad smoking habit, body broken down from railroad work, with very bad circulation problems. I guess his feet had to be amputated... then his shins... then some thigh, until they got basically to his hips and couldn't do anything else, and he succumbed to gangrene and chain smoked and drank at least a fifth of booze a day until the end. That's always in the back of my mind. I think none of the males on that side have made it past 60, some not even 50. Crazy fucks
