as long as they're not jacked up to some ridiculous price and the marbling is good im going to snatch a couple up. i might grab one from safeway regardless. do dutch oven pot roast. sear up some carrots and onion and mushrooms in evoo, then remove them, then sear up the very heavily salted and peppered roast get it nice and crusty every surface there is, then remove it. then deglaze that sexy sexy fond with some cabernet better than bouillon stock and veggies back in, roast in, thyme and rosemary springs like 4 each of those bitches. in the oven at 275 for like 3-4 hours. im the pot roast god. my pot roast game is insurmountable. if the pot roast game was a mountain my pot roast skills are beyond the pinnacle, in the heavens. untouchable pot roast master chef. if my pot roast skill was an album it would go a hundred and thirty seven times diamond, a billion three hundred and seventy million sold in 6,292 countries across the globe. if my pot roast skills worked on an alaskan fishing boat its w2 would be three hundred and fifty two million a year take home pay

Fuck I’m getting tired of the commute to work every day. Sitting in a car for 2 hours every day is stupid.
If I could work at non peak hours it would be ok. Without rush hour this drive would normally take 20 minutes, but dumb ass rush hour triples the fucking time.
10 hours a week driving means I sit in a car commuting to work for 1 day 16 hours a month. 20 days over the course of a year.
20 days wasted per year because I can’t afford to live in the middle of the city and have to drive in from the burbs.
Our system is stupid.
