Just read Phoenix is lobbying to be the next Google Fiber city, they gave Google permission to install all of the infrastructure last month. That would be dope if Phoenix gets picked.
Meh it'll only be in commercial core areas / affluent areas. I don't even know G. F. 's range in Seattle probably just a select area of downtown and strategic locations in south lake union or something

That'd be pretty sicc if it came to your hood though tbh fam

Why do you say that? Kansas City, Austin, and Provo, UT got it all over the city.

Seattle don't have it at all. The 3 cities I mentioned and Stanford University are the only cities with it right now.

Nashville, Charlotte, Releigh, and Atlanta are the next cities confirmed to get it.

That sucks, at least you got the CenturyLink 1GB option. I read CenturyLink is going to eventually make it available to everybody who can currently get their services.
Nah man lol my internet is supposedly 70mb but i only get 32-38 max. The tech said until the wiring is updated, my area can't support it. Most people can't get higher than the shit tier 10mb connection. Comcast / CL have no reason to offer anything better, there is literally no competition and no incentive to. And now they're even moving forward with data caps

lol the tech is full of shit, if the wiring can support 38mb it can support 70mb lol you got the run around by some lazy asshole.

and CenturyLink has had data caps already for years. I got a warning letter 3 years ago for hitting the 300gb cap lol

I got throttled like 2 months ago cause apparently I was going over too much every single month.
