O ok its part of pheonix, how badass. I remember a few years ago my lil bros grandma visiting up here in cali from there , and she was in tears telling us about how her niece's husband had had been shot and killed in his whip totally randomly..and it was because the hispanic gangs there were making the kids do new initiations where they hop into a car, target a random car on the road and pull up behind it and flash their brights at it, and murder the person.

I got nothin but love for AZ, but truth is there is a lot of OG'z in the clink that look down on AZ street gangs that fall under that genre of bangin (southsiders)
Granted, they are one behind bars, but on some street shit they get zero respect. generally because of their initiation tactics & the fact they still have a green light on drive-bys when that shit was abolished over a decade ago.
