Mike's Chili Parlor fucking rules.
That has to be a typo. All their stuff is on the cheaper/reasonably priced side. I'm guessing it's $5.00 and someone just hit 5 twice by accident and they haven't noticed.

Mostly in the clubs and bars like any other city. Pretty sure anyone with half a brain should know that's a given.
