Pretty sure he works at a restaurant and all of his "managing" of artists is bullshit hobby stuff. Some lady kept tagging him in restaurant worker memes.

I've heard through the grapevine by people who are friends with the artists he "managed" that Bob was never paid a single penny for his "managing" and did it all because he was a fan/friend for free.
