Fiscalini Bandaged Cheddar-Artisanal Premium Cheese

French Raclette-Artisanal Premium Cheese

That Garrotxa is some next level cheese right there. All three are really good though.

I drop $100-$150 on that site every few months. Expensive but well worth it.

My ex, when she lived in boston, used to send my cheese all the time from my favorite cheese shop in the world in cambridge, Formaggio Kitchen | Artisan cheese, charcuterie and specialty food., and a good friend of mine is a cheese monger at Murray's Cheese - Specialty Cheese Gifts- Cheese of the Month Club- Gourmet Cheese and Meat Gifts- Charcuterie.
