i know folks in prison for this shit personally...

1. Are you dead?
Actually i'm alive. This rumor has spread to so many people and places and i have no idea how this rumor got started. but anyway, ill send you a new picture of me every month and put it on the "ask los" front page so that you know that im fine. Not fine like i look good and stuff. i mean fine like im doing fine.(HaHa)


2. Why are you in prison?
I'm in prison on a sexual assault case in which I did not commit. I'm not saying that you have to believe me because I know that different people will believe differently; there's nothing I can do about that. God knows the truth and that's all that matters in the end. Only he can judge me. There are men in prison for crimes that never happened, and that's just a sad fact in an imperfect world. There was no evidence at all in my case except the lies of greedy people. But my lawyers are working hard to get me a new trial and this time I'll take it much more seriously.


3). When will you be coming home?
My case is on appeal and that means my lawyers are trying to get a new trial. they did a lot of crooked things to get me locked up so were using a lot of those malacious actions to bring me to justice. The appeal process can take long or it could happen soon. I could be home in 6 months or 6 yrs. i was actually given 45 yrs in court but i wont be doing anything close to that. we just got to keep working hard and in gods perfect time ill be home.


4) What’s the name of the new album?
It’s called “When Devils Strike”. It’s my ninth album.


5) When will the new album be released?
The Dope House has given me two dates. They say that they will either release it on October the fourth of 2005 or on November the first of 2005. I was told by June 2005 they will know the exact date. I hope you will love the new album.

everyone screaming ignorance did you actually read the case details? i doubt because EVERYTHING i've read was unfounded. is it possible he did it? of course anything is possible. is it likely that he did it? not in my mind.

Free SPM, its not like Sicx where you have video footage of the actions that were commited in the home of that faggot sicx. I dont think SPM did it and if he did God will do what needs to be done and I think thats what needs to be understood.

I gotta say FREE SPM. I don't know whether he did it or not, but from what it sounds like he was convicted on some pretty shady testimony. I think the fact he got a young girl pregnant when he was 22 is what did him in. But I will be first in line to pick up the new cd. He still gets constant rotation in my ride.
