i am a cook for sjsu..and for the past 2 years ive been cookin for the panda express dept..i can tell u that this shrimp we use is pretty damn good shrimp..over 200dollars for a case...the recipe for the peppercorn shit isnt that crackin but i be usin that shit and making my own dishes for my own personal consumption ya digz
