After catching and fighting his case Malo is currently incarcerated. Malo had been advised by his probation officer that any involvement with the music is prohibited and can be used against him for a probation violation or worse. They had labeled the music gang related and because his case was gang related it didn't make matters any better. Fortunately he beat the gang enhancement they were trying to give him and prison sentence but did have to do some county time and register as a gang member. We're looking into a lawyer to see what can be done to allow him to continue recording his music without any legal hassles under the first amendment right but only time will determine on how that turns out. Malo is always part of the group and record label so it's a good thing we have numerous recording sessions in our vault prior to his case that we'll be releasing on future projects. We just wanted to take the the time to let any supporters of Nsanity and Malo's work know what's going on because you'll notice Malo won't be in any of the upcoming music videos and you'll hear less of him on future projects. Thanks in advance to anybody that took their time out to read this.

Hope the HOMEBOY overcomes that shitfucked stipulation from the k-9z and p.o.'z. thats one thing I hated about getting in the system over there, anything and everything they want to say is gang associated will have ya doin that revolving door action at the county. did a little sit down for being with ma primo who was a past co-defendant which was filed as probation violation for gang-member contact, they didnt give a shit we was cousins. but thats how them jerks work it.

Exactly, they really don't give a shit and that's why Santa Clara County continues to have the highest conviction rate but either way gracias for your support homie it's appreciated.

Much love and respect to Malo and the Nsanity movement. Sorry to hear about the issues to be dealt with. As long as he has brothers supporting him from the outside then incarceration can't stop that. Maybe not blood, but I know from experience the best of brothers and family are not always blood.

Respects,
D'Ambrose

Get a lawyer, fight the violation ..

Rapping is also Freedom of Speech, his P.O. is violating his rights to express himself through music.

this case can be beat....Good luck to him! And fuck the system!

Exactly and we have to fight for our freedom of speech unlike other people. A lawyer is the route we're going to have to take but either way thanks for your support homie.
