Not sure, but just the fact that anyone in their right mind would think that Lurch is not guilty or deserves to be free after the crime he committed...should be locked up themselves. The man ATE another human being, which resulted in that human DYING.

This whole "FREE (insert guilty person here)" shit is just asinine, and this was the topper for me.

let me play devil's advocate though... and i've never smoked sherm, but i've tried numerous other drugs...what if you tried some shit, blacked out, and then came to consciousness in a jail cell with the authorities saying you killed a bitch and ate her lung...and now you're spending the rest of your life in a cage. that would be fucked up! i mean, yeah, i think that only a twisted individual would be capable of doing that in any state of mind, but what if somebody laced someones cigarette with some shit, and they flipped out and killed someone...are they responsible? i'm so high right now.

in the case of someone lacing your cig, the person who 'drugged' you, i guess. if you voluntarily take a drug, and that's the result, you have to be held accountable...but should there be some consideration made for not being self-aware? kinda like being criminally insane?

True, but if you voluntarily consumed a mind altering substance, you're responsible for your actions, period.

as the story goes, lurch was not aware of what he was doing to the point where they were taking his car keys and his car and running up big ass tabs on his credit cards, like 10 pairs of jordans and shit..they ran off with his shit and left him and the chick there, they ended up fooling around and he went norman bates in the middle of that

but as he claims, they just kept on smoking him out because they noticed it made him weak and hed just kinda be like yeah go do whatever...its a somewhat believable story tho...no one honestly means to eat another person, i mean yeah there are cannibals but i question their ability to comprehend on certain drugs..if you were sober, thats some other shit

i think his music is really what fucked him in the court
because that pretty much shows that was just his frame of mind..even if he wasnt that person he portrayed on music, he put himself into the mind of that character willingly...kinda like sicx, like his music made the crime much worse
