I lost all respect for Frank Shamrock since that Renzo Gracie fight. I wont bother listening to him rant. He's trying to build himself up as the MOhamad Ali of MMa. He could go ahead and keep fighting guys that are smaller than him. Im gonna see him fight against Phil Baroni in June....
