DEL MAR, Calif. -- Deputies said that they received a report of found narcotics at about 6:36 a.m. Wednesday, on the beach in the 1100 block of Camino Del Mar, according to the press release.The reporting party stated he saw something on the rocks on the beach when he went surfing at about 4:15 a.m. When he finished surfing, he returned to the area of the rocks on the beach and looked under a tarp. He found several bundles of marijuana, according to the press release.According to the press release, the reporting party immediately notified the Sheriff's Department of his discovery and responding deputies recovered approximately 70 pounds of marijuana.
